When I think about why and how my career is benefitting from Willow Consulting, I tear up, because Shanae Calhoun’s consulting is transformative in a way that is shaping my entire life. I was introduced to Shanae’s services during a very vulnerable time. Our son was undergoing treatment for a life-threatening condition, so I took significant time away from my career to be with my baby. During that period, I discovered that work as I had known it for the past 19 years was devouring me – and in the process, was devouring my relationships with family and friends.
